When does coverage begin?

Your benefits are effective on your date of hire.

If you are a SIMNSA enrollee, your benefits are effective the first of the month following your date of hire.

Who can I enroll?

‍• Yourself
• Your married spouse/domestic partner
• Your child(ren) up to age 26

After you enroll.

‍• Employment ends
• You fail to make premium contributions
• You no longer meet the eligibility requirements
• The benefit plan terminates

When am I eligible for the 401(k)?

You are eligible on the first day of the month following your 30th day of employment with the company.

All benefit plans are governed by master policies, contracts, and plan documents. In the event of any inconsistency between the information contained herein and the applicable plan documents, the provisions of the plan documents shall prevail. VCM reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any benefit plan, in whole or in part, at any time. The authority to make such changes rests with the Plan Administrator.
